Nursery Reveal For Baby #2. Gender Neutral Nursery!
When I was pregnant with my daughter I had the nursery theme planned out before I popped a belly. You can check out her nursery reveal in "Nursery in Wonderland" Post HERE. This time around I had NO idea what I wanted to do. Because we weren't going to find out the gender of this baby I knew I wanted to do something classy that could go either way for boy or girl and use timeless pieces that could grow with the baby into the toddler years and beyond. I went back and forth with possibly a travel theme with vintage maps and maybe airplanes but I wasn't in love with it once I started looking for pieces to put it together.
I was able to work with some amazing shops to put this nursery together! So excited to be able to share all this goodness with you guys. I'm just in love with how it turned out.

So instead of the 'theme' per say I started off with a color pallet and it blossomed from there. Girls with Brushes (AKA my amazing momma) did a friggen amazing job on the dresser! She seriously is so kickass! If you're local to the Tampa Bay Area be sure to check out her work! The dresser/changing table was the first piece I got in here. I just love the white and blue colors she picked out. It's such a fun airy feel and looks awesome with pretty much any accent color, which in this case I wanted to do an olive green color.

Changing Station:
Dresser/changing table from Girls With Brushes. I love that it had two big drawers and then the little ones on top for small things. It helps keep everything organized. Plus the drawers are deep enough to put baskets in to separate things if needed which I love. On top, we have a changing pad with adorable an adorable hedgehog cover from Spearmint Love which I'm totally nerding out over the cuteness. I added a little basket for diapers and burp cloths I found at my local TJmax. No room is complete without an essential oil diffuser, this one also makes a great night light!

Macrame Piece: is from Modern Fibers, Diana did such an amazing job on it! I found her lovely shop through another blogger (thanks @steph.pollock!) on Instagram and fell in love with her work. This piece I originally thought would go over the crib but during moving some of the furniture around it accidentally ended up over this dresser and I knew it's where it was meant to go. If you love Macrame seriously go check out her work if you haven't seen it already she has some of the most beautiful pieces ever. Follow Modern Fibers on Instagram!

Memory Cabinet To the right of the changing station another gorgeous piece from Girls With Brushes. Currently, I have it filled with just a few nicknacks but plan on putting some books and photos inside as well. On top, I have an awesome succulent plant I picked up a Trader Joes... Which I'm really hoping I can keep alive, my thumb is not green! Along with some props we used in our announcement pregnancy session. I really love the storage in the bottom of this! For now, we have some extra swaddles and diapers/wipes but it'll be great for storing toys down the road as well.

Sleepy Time: This fabulous crib is from Delta Children, it's their Adley 1 in 3. It was a breeze to put together and it super lightweight. I love the low profile of it. Full review on this crib coming soon. The mattress is from Newton Baby which I'm so in love with you can read more about the Newton Baby Mattress HERE. Hedgehog sheets again from Spearmint Love to match the changing pad, the olive swaddle is from them as well. They have such an adorable line, everything is SO soft and cozy.
For now over the crib I currently have a hand-painted sign I made when I was pregnant with Mattie! Once the baby is born I want to do something with the baby's name over the crib but obviously, that'll have to wait until the little one arrives since we have no idea the gender (nor do we even have names picked out!!)
